A lower score in community generally means there are issues of communication, alienation or segregation between groups at work. When these occur, they leave you feeling left out, frustrated and unhappy at work. You may dread coming into work, or feel nervous at the thought of seeing individuals that you work with, particularly if bullying/incivility is an issue in your work environment. You might also experience physiological symptoms from the stress you experience such as neck and shoulder pain or gastrointestinal upset.

Coworker Problem?

Yes, we all have coworkers who irritate us. But sometimes we have to work with individuals who are rude or upsetting. Avoiding this person or dealing with them can become a large source of stress.

Supervisor Problem?

If you have a supervisor who initiates favouritism with employees, or perhaps is not great at recognizing the efforts of others, this can be stressful, as you never feel as though your hard work is worth it.
