Civility & Psychological Safety Problems
If you had a lower score on civility or psychological safety, your encounters with colleagues are less than great. Most people actually have reasonably good working relationships, so a low score on civility need not mean that you are experiencing abusive or bullying at work. People are looking for a level of support, belonging, and mutual acknowledgment of accomplishments from members of their work group. Another quality that can lower a civility score is feeling that people at work are not accepting of diversity among the workgroup.
