A profile that reflects poor or mediocre performance at work is not something that many employees feel good about. Whether or not you expected to see scores at this level, this section of the website is devoted to understanding why your profile may have yielded these scores.

Firstly, it is important to recognize that employees generally do not display poor work ethic or undesirable behaviour simply because they feel like it. Often there are issues occurring in the workplace that elicit this behaviour and these issues then cause unhappiness and decreased effort in the workplace for that individual. Reasons for this behaviour can include anything from problems at home, to bullying in the workplace, to a conflict with the management style in your area of work. Determining and identifying the problems, as well as addressing them quickly and efficiently, is key in promoting and creating a healthy workplace.

Although it’s not possible to corral all of the problems at work into nice, precise categories, we have attempted to group together some of the most common ones. Below are the categories of work problems that may have caused your personal CREW profile to be less-than-desirable:
