Problems with Values
When your values don’t match with the organization’s values, or even your unit’s values, this can cause you to re-evaluate why you are doing your job and can lead to a diminished contribution. Issues like dishonesty from your company, destructiveness, and meaninglessness can all warp the values you have, and lead to you having a reduced sense of community and contribution at work.
